My Approach:
My journey into the mental health field started in 2022 after my stint working in wilderness therapy. In this environment, where we are exposed to the challenges of temperamental weather and adolescent behaviors, I witnessed the transformative healing power of therapy in both individual and group forms.
I’m a firm believer that within each of us lies the answers as to how to navigate our own existence. Oftentimes, through trauma and/or mental health struggles, we lose touch with our own intuition and fail to trust our inner voice. My hope is to help assist others in reconnecting with themselves through listening and asking exploratory questions in a safe space, in order to determine the areas that are holding us back.
When not doing clinical work, I enjoy being outside whether that be ski resorts or touring, climbing rocks, slacklining at a park or peak bagging, if it’s a nice day (and they are all nice days), I’m most likely spending a portion of it outside. On rest days you can find me curled up with a good book or making ceramic art at my local studio.
