About Renee Fisher
We are living in a crazy time. The uncertainty, isolation, and intensity of the last few years are putting our mental health to the test. I am an associate clinical mental health counselor (CMHC) with an M.Ed. from the University of Utah, who works with individuals, couples, families, and groups from age 15+. I mostly work with clients who are working on LGBTQQIP2SAA+ issues, faith transitions, interpersonal struggles (family dynamics, sex, divorce/marriage, non-monogamy), career exploration, and substance abuse. I also work with clients with more generalized depression, anxiety, and trauma. I am trained in EMDR, CBT/DBT techniques, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
My hope as a therapist is to create an environment where you are truly seen, heard, and unconditionally accepted. I love to explore with you how your experiences, culture, and circumstances influence your identities, behaviors, struggles, resources, and the path to the life you want.
