“Trust me when I say that one day, it is going to hit you – that you woke up happy,
that you’re smiling for no reason, that your hands aren’t shaking anymore. One
day, you’re going to remember what it was like to be you a year ago, or three
years ago, or even a week ago, and you’re going to be so glad that you fought.
You’re going to be so glad that you kept going.“

About Susan Herring
Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. As a mental health counselor based in Park City, UT, I offer both in-person and virtual support to help you heal, grow, and reconnect with your inner strength and purpose. I create a welcoming environment where every part of you is valued and supported. Trained as a trauma specialist, I use attachment-based, somatic, and Internal Family Systems approaches to help you find relief from anxiety, depression, stress, trauma (including personal, family, or religious), identity conflicts, and relationship issues.
My personal journey, from the Deep South to the Mountain West, has given me a deep understanding for clients from all walks of life and informs by practice with empathy.
When I’m not working with clients, you can find me hiking, skiing, cooking, reading, or practicing yoga.
