About Reba Johnson
Raised in a family of healthcare professionals, I developed an early passion for understanding the complexities of the human condition and a commitment to alleviating suffering. My lifelong affinity for stories led me to pursue my first bachelor’s degree in musical theatre, where I cultivated a deep appreciation for the interplay between the arts and human behavior. Building upon this foundation, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Utah, integrating insights from both disciplines to inform my clinical practice.
Through extensive clinical experience, I have witnessed firsthand the profound need for comprehensive mental health care in medical settings. It has become increasingly clear to me that addressing both the mind and body through evidence-based interventions is essential for holistic well-being.
In my therapeutic work, I tailor each session to your individual needs and aspirations. Together, we will develop practical strategies for managing stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, empowering you to lead a more meaningful and fulfilling life. My approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and an unwavering belief in each person’s capacity for growth and change. Whether you are seeking support for a specific concern or aiming to enhance your overall well-being, I am dedicated to walking alongside you throughout your journey.
Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about musical theatre, enjoy hiking during the summer months, and value meaningful connections with others.
