About Rachel Sprosty-Burns
I like to think of therapy as a place where you can talk about your feelings, struggles, and even that one family member who insists on giving unsolicited life advice at every holiday gathering—without holding back. Welcome! Pull up a chair and let’s get real—life is messy, people are quirky, and sometimes you just need a space to vent about all of it, but moreso, find ways to deal with it.
With a blend of empathy, accountability, and a healthy dose of sarcasm (when appropriate, of course), I help clients tackle everything from anxiety to the existential dread of Monday mornings. Whether you’re dealing with a full-blown crisis or just need help figuring out what to tell your partner, I’m here to listen and guide you through it all.
With over a decade in child welfare and substance use treatment, I’ve supported families and individuals navigating extremely difficult life situations. I’ve also forged strong connections within the LGBTQ+ and refugee communities. This has deepened my understanding of trauma, resilience, and the unique paths people take toward healing.
