“And into the forest I go, to lose my mind and find my soul.”

About
I’m often the first point of contact at Red Willow Counseling, and my goal is to make reaching out for support feel clear, welcoming, and human. As the Office Manager and Intake Coordinator, I help clients navigate scheduling, paperwork, and next steps so they can focus on what matters most — their care.
Currently pursuing graduate studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I am especially passionate about the intersection of mental health, movement, and connection with animals. Horses have played a central role in my life, and I’m deeply interested in equine-assisted therapy as a future clinical focus.
Outside of the office, you’ll usually find me skiing in the mountains, spending time with my dog, or at the barn. I believe healing happens through connection with ourselves, others, and the environments that ground us, and I’m grateful to support clients at the very start of that journey.
