About Kyla Cheney
I enjoy working with a wide range of clients but especially those struggling with feelings of shame, religious transitions, depression, anxiety, masculinity, and specialize in clients who are members of the LGBTQIA+ community. We will work together to help you navigate your experiences and develop strategies for positive change.
As a queer woman working in Utah, I approach therapy with inclusivity and empowerment in mind. With a foundation in empathy and evidence-based practices, I work to provide a safe space for everyone. I value the diverse perspectives that each person brings and tailor my methods accordingly.
I’m excited to be part of your journey towards mental and emotional well-being! As a local Utahn, I understand the unique challenges faced by individuals in the state and am committed to giving back to the place I call home.
