My Approach
I believe healing in therapy begins with trust and connection. Whether supporting clients through trauma, identity exploration, or everyday stressors, my goal is to create a space where clients can explore what well-being means to them and move toward a more connected, authentic life.
My work is grounded in affirming and empowering individuals across all identities. I pay particular attention to the ways intersecting identities shape our experiences, strengths, and challenges. I approach therapy as a collaborative process, centering clients as the experts of their own lived experiences. Together we can explore your strengths and discuss skills that can help with navigating the complexity of day-to-day life.
About Chandler Whitlock
I am currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at the University of Utah. My professional background has focused on work in education, case management, and support services. These roles have strengthened my motivation to support clients navigating systemic barriers, social issues, and personal challenges.
When off the clock, I’m always up for an outdoor adventure – whether it’s biking, hiking, or hammocking, especially in southern Utah. I hope to one day visit all the U.S. National Parks. In the meantime, you can find me visiting museums and local art exhibits or cooking for my family and friends.
