About Nicole McRae
Nicole is a licensed therapist specializing in substance use, domestic violence and mood
disorders. Nicole sees individuals and couples. Nicole has been trained in EMDR, TF-CBT,
Narrative therapy, Schema therapy, and much more. Nicole provides therapy from a trauma-
informed lens with a focus on attachment wounding. Nicole also operates from a humanistic
approach while still emphasizing evidence-based practices and theories such as the polyvagal
theory and harm reduction. “I love the work I do and believe that everyone deserves a chance to heal.”
In her free time, Nicole enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, and fishing. Nicole
loves reading and music. She also has an interest in art and enjoys creating.
